arion.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. arion.ph does not accept deposits made via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arion.ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
arion.ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arion.ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arion.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
arion.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
